Tamil Nadu Irrigated Agriculture Modernization Project Should determine Crude fibre, Neutral Detergent Fibre, Cellulose, Hemicellulose, Lignin & related parameters in plant materials, feed ingredients, compound feed, food etc. Number of Samples for analysis: 4 Sample Size should be in the ranges of 0.1 to 4 gms. Measuring Range should be 0.1 to 100% Repeatability should be ±1 % relative at 5% - 30% fibre level Reagent Preheating time should be 15 - 20 min. Heater Source should be Ceramic Infrared Heater. Heater Power should be in range of 1900-2000 W. Reagent Addition should be Direct to Extractor from top. Reagent addition with funnels. Should have Sintered Silica glass Crucible with P1 Porosity disc (4 Nos.). Number of Operation per crucible should be 15. The Pressure Pumps should be Electrically operated.
