Tenders Are Invited For Construction And Commissioning Of Sewerage Systems In 04 Clusters In Pakse City, Champasak Province, Lao Pdr (Re-Tender) The Details Of The Facilities And Locations In Which They Are To Be Constructed Are As Follows; 1. Sewerage System 1 - Pakse And Thong Village Cluster: The Dewats Service Area Will Cover Pakse Village From Unit 1 To 8, And Unit 1 To 8 Of Thong Village. The Coverage Area Is Dense Communities And There Are Schools, Guesthouses, Church And Food Shops/Restaurants Located In Both Villages. The Mekong River Is Located South Of The Service Area. 2. Sewerage System 2 - Hongkayom And Phonkoung Village Cluster: The Dewats Service Area Will Cover Hongkayom Village From Unit 10 To 12 And Phonkoung Village From Unit 1 To 6 And 8 To 12. Unit 7 Is Not In The Same Block And Therefore Is Difficult To Connect Due To Gradient. This Service Area Is Located Between Road No. 11 And No. 38. The Coverage Area Will Be Started After Hongkayom Temple To Downstream Of Hongkayom Open City Canal (Canal No. 4) And Cover Phonkoung Temple And Primary School. 3. Sewerage System 3 - Phonkoung And Daohueang Market Cluster: This Area Covers Dao Hueang Market And Phonkoung Village At 2 Kilometres South Of The National Road No. 13 And Road No. 38. Surrounding The Market, There Are Commercial Buildings (Banks, Restaurants, And Shops). It Is Flesh Markets (Selling Vegetables, Meat And Fish), And Convenient Stores Operating From 3 Am To 7 Pm Daily. The Wet Zone Market And Food Court Are Located In The Middle Part Of The Market Area. Dao Hueang Market Belongs To A Private Investor Who Has A Concession Contract To Run The Market And Real-Estate Business In This Area For 90 Years. Sewerage System 4 - Pabath Village Cluster: This Service Area Is Located At Road No.21 Rd, No 24 Rd And Along Xe Don Riverbank. It Covers Unit 1 To 12 Of Pabath Village Of Pakse City. This Area Is One Of The Traditional Housing Areas. There Are Many Old Houses Since It Is Part Of The Old French Colony. It Is Also Dense, With Low-Income Community Of The City. The Cluster Will Cover Pabath Primary School, Guesthouses, And Government Offices. Scope Of Work The Overall Scope Of Work For The Contractor Under The Contract Shall Be To Supply, Install, Lay, Construct, Test And Commission Sewerage Systems In Four (04) Independent Clusters As Per The Technical Specifications, Construction Drawings And The Bill Of Quantities Provided In The Request For Proposal Document. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Procurement, Supplying, Laying And Jointing Of Pipes Of The Required Diameters For Laterals / Branch / Trunk Sewers Etc., Installation And Construction Of Cast-In Situ / Prefabricated Manholes And Manhole Covers; Construction Of All Appurtenant Structures, Construction Of Drain And Road Crossings, Providing Individual Property Connections As Per The Specifications And Site Drawings While Making Good Any Damage To The Private Property And Restoring It To Former Condition, Modification Of Toilets In Selected Properties For Individual Property Connections Where Required; Testing The Network In Sections For Water Tightness And Connecting The Trunk To The Dewats As Specified In The Technical Specifications And Boq.
