The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire The Necessary Services To Carry Out A Correct Exploitation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation Systems Of La Bisbal D'empordà, Cassà De La Selva And Cervià De Ter, According To The Instructions Included In The Specifications Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) That Guarantees The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set In It And That Meet The Requirements Of Directive 91/271/Eec Of The Council, Of May 21, 1991, On The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater And Of Royal Decree 509/1996, Of March 15, On The Development Of Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, Which Establishes The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Safe Wastewater. To Ensure A Good Exploitation, Maintenance And Conservation Of Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stops By Breakdowns, And Extending The Life Of The Equi Ps Installed Following The Maintenance Specifications Contained In The Pptpla Description Of The Facilities Subject To This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And Specifications To Carry Out The Associated Works Are Described In The Pptp
