The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire The Necessary Services To Carry Out A Correct Exploitation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation Systems Of Agramunt, Arbeca, Bellaguarda, Bellpuig, Les Borges Blanques, Bovera, La Granadella And Verdú, According To The Instructions Collected In The Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) That Guarantees The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set In It And That Fulfill The Requirements Of Directive 91/271/Eec Of The Council, Of May 21, 1991, On The Treatment Urban Wastewater And Royal Decree 509/1996, Of March 15, On The Development Of The Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, Which Establishes The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Waste Water The Same Benefits Must Ensure A Good Exploitation, Maintenance And Conservation Of Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stops For Breakdown. , And Extending The Life Of The Equipment Installed Following The Maintenance Specifications Collected In The Pptpla Description Of The Facilities That Are The Subject Of This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And The Specifications To Carry Out The Associated Work Are Described In The Pptp
