These Lifting Equipments / Cranes Need Periodical Inspection, Maintenance, Load Testing And Certification For Fitness As Rec Ommended By The Manufacturer Of The Cranes And To Comply With Dewa Safety Standards And Prevailing Laws Of Local Government. For Th E Said Purpose, Dewa Wishes To Outsource The Services To A Reputed, Well Experienced Uae Government Approved Contractor. 2.0#Quali Fication Of Bidder 2.1#The Bidder Should Have Adequate And Proven Experience In The Past In Inspection, Maintenance/Repair Of Elect Ro Mechanical And Structural Components Of Eot Cranes, Load Testing And Certification. 2.2#In Case The Bidder Is Not Authorized To Test And Certify Cranes/Lifting Machines Or Is Not In The List Of Approved Certifying Agencies, He Should Hire The Services Of An Ap Proved Agency, At His Own Cost, Who Shall Witness The Test In Dewa Premises And Issue The Required Certificate To Dewa. 2.3#However , The Bidder Should Establish His Previous Experience In Inspection, Maintenance/Repair Of Electro-Mechanical And Structural Compone Nts Of Eot Cranes Of Capacity Equaling Or Exceeding The Heaviest Capacity Crane Installed In Dewa Pumping Stations. This Is A Prime Requisite For Qualification Of The Bidder And His Bid. Bidder Should Provide Necessary Supporting Document To Prove This.
