Unicef Establecera Acuerdos A Largo Plazo (Ltas No Exclusivos) Con Las Empresas Precalificadas Por Un Perfodo De 24 Meses Con Posibilidad De Una Extension Adicional De 12 Meses, Con Base En Un Desempeho Satisfactorio. Este Acuerdo A Largo Plazo Debe Sentar Los Terminos Y Condiciones Para Futuros Requerimientos De Servicio En Cuanto A Calidad, Precios Y Tiempos De Entrega De Los Bienes. Estas Condiciones Y Terminos Quedaran Fijadas Por 24 Meses Una Vez Se Firme Este Acuerdo A Largo Plazo. Sin Embargo, Los Precios Pueden Ser Revisados En Cuanto El Mercado Asf Lo Requiera.
