Angola Commercial Agriculture Development Project (Pdac) The Government Of The Republic Of Angola Received A Loan From The World Bank (Wb) And The French Development Agency (Afd) To Finance The Commercial Agriculture Development Project (Pdac) And Intends To Apply Part Of This Funding To Hire An Individual Consultant. The Pdac Has A Project Implementation Unit (Uip) Established In The Office Of Studies, Planning And Statistics (Gepe) Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Forestry, It Is A Us$ 230 Million Investment Project Financed By The World Bank And The Development Program (Afd), Whose Objective Is To Increase The Productivity Of Commercial Agriculture And Market Access For Selected Beneficiaries In The Project Areas
