Fmd.Constructionmanagement The Department Of General Services (Dgs), Facilities Management Division (Fmd). Fmd Is Requesting Submissions From Professional Firms For A Construction Management Services Retainer Contract That Will Be Used On An As-Needed Basis. Basic Services To Be Provided Include, But Are Not Limited To, Shall Include, Construction Project Design Review And Evaluation, Construction Mobilization, Supervision, Bid Evaluation, Project Scheduling, Plan Review, Estimating, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Cost Control, Closeout, Including Reviewing And Processing Applications For Payment And Claims, And Negotiation, Quality Assurance, Code Review Interpretation And Compliance, Pay Estimates, Requests For Information, Project Budgets, Reporting, Metrics, And Data Across Several Concurrent Projects And General Management And Administration Of A Preliminary Plan Phase, Construction Document Phase, Construction Phase And Project Closeout Including Activation, Commissioning, Punch-List, And Closeout Documents. Task Orders For Specific Projects Will Be Prepared And Issued On An As-Needed Basis For Each Retainer Contract. The State Anticipates Five-Year Terms For The Retainer Agreements. The State Does Not Guarantee That Any Task Orders Will Be Made Under The Agreements During The Contract Period To The Selected Firms(S). The State Anticipates To Award One (1) Retainer Contract For Each Of The Three (3) Regions Identified In The Rfq. A Firm May Be Awarded Contracts In Multiple Regions.
