Tenders Are Invited For Video Production Services

The City Of Roswell (The City), Georgia Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms To Produce, Shoot And Edit Two (2) Video Podcasts/Talk Show Format Per Month And Two 2-5 Minute Cinematic Videos Highlighting A City Of Roswell Government Services, Projects, Events Or Departments As Assigned By The CityS Community Relations Director, Or Their Designee. Production Work May Include Depending On The Project: Script Writing, Storyboarding, Location Scouting, Talent Wrangling, Coordination With Appropriate Staff/Talent, Acquisition Of Props And Materials, Shooting (On-Site, Off-Site, Indoors, Outdoors), Lighting, Audio Recording, Recording Voiceover And Post-Dub, Editing With Up To Two Rounds Of Revisions, Titles, Motion Graphics And Sfx, Color Grading, Music Selection And Acquisition. Offeror Will Have To Work Year-Round And It May Include City Recognized Holidays. Offeror Will Have To Provide Blended Hourly Rates That Are All Inclusive (E.G. Travel Expenses) For Scoped Work. The City Estimates That Between 600 To 800 Hours Will Be Needed Annually To Complete The Scope Of Work. In Accordance With City Of Roswell, Terms And Conditions, No Minimum Is Guarantee Is Expressed Or Implied As To The Total Quantity Of Hours For Production Services Issued Under This Contract.
