Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Design And Supervision Services For The Second Solomon Islands Roads And Aviation Project (Sirap2) Phase 1 Design And Procurement: (I) Carry Out Investigations And Surveys For Preliminary And Detailed Engineering Designs; (Ii) Complete Detailed Engineering Design Of The Civil Works Components, (Iii) Update The ProjectS E&S Instruments Including The Site-Specific Environmental And Social Management Plans (Esmps), Labor Management Procedures (Lmp), Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Resettlement Plan, And Contingent Emergency Response Component Environmental And Social Environmental Framework Based On Final Designs; And (Iv) Prepare Bid Documents (Technical Documents Only ). Phase 2 - Procurement: Provide Technical Support Through The Bidding Process Through To Award Of The ContractIncluding Bid Evaluation And Contractor Design Review. Phase 3 - Construction Supervision: Act As The EmployerS Engineer During Implementation To Oversee The Construction Activities, Including Contract Administration And Quality Control.
