Request For Bid General Contractor To Manage Design-Build Process Monroe County For SheriffS Training Facility Project Background Monroe County Is In The Process Of Preparing New Construction For A Training Facility To Be Used By The Monroe County SheriffS Department. The County Is Seeking A General Contractor With Broad Experience To Provide Design And Construction Management For This Project. All Project Activities Will Be Coordinated With Ray White, Monroe County Building Maintenance Supervisor. Scope The County Envisions A Training Building For Training Classes And Forensic Examination By The Monroe County SheriffS Department Located At 145 L. Cary Bittick Drive, Forsyth Ga 31029. The Initial Work Documents Required Of The Selected Individual Or Firm Will Consist Of Initial Building Fit-For-Purpose Training Facility. The General Contractor Managing The Design-Build Process Will Be Responsible For Assuming Design And Construction Risk From The Owner.
