Scope Of Work The Envisaged Assignment Will Include But Not Be Limited To The Following Tasks: Component A: Fccl Framework Development A.Review And Stock-Take Of Prevailing Practices With Respect To Accounting For And Managing Fccl Arising Out Of Infrastructure And Ppp Projects B.Based On The Findings Of The Above, Design A Robust Fccl Framework C.Strengthen The Fccl Capacity Of The Ministry Of Finance And Ppp Central Unit And Line Ministries/Implementing Agencies Component B: Capacity-Building: A.Identify Constraints For Ppp Implementation At Sector Level/For Implementing Agencies And Recommend On How These May Be Addressed B.Develop Targeted Training Curriculum & Topical Workshops For Both The Ppp Central Unit And Line Ministries/Implementing Agencies At Both Advanced And Basic Level Of Ppp Expertise See Indicative Tor For More Details.
