Required For Execution Of The Contract Works Shall Be Suitably Considered. 2.0#Scope Of Work: The Scope Of Work Includes The Following To Supply, Replace, Installation And Testing Of Bus Bar And Its Associate Equipments. Contractor Needs To Visit The Site To Verify The Existing Bus Bar And Its Controller Syst Em And To Be Install The Same As Per The Existing System And Compatible With The Crane System. 3.0#Facilities Provided By Dewa: The Following Facilities Shall Be Provided By Dewa, Free Of Charge To The Contractor, Limited To The Scope Of Work Under This Contra Ct. ##Electricity And Water At One Convenient Point In The Plant. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Have His Own Arran Gement In Extending The Electricity And Water Utility To His Places Of Work. For Any Bulk Storage Of Water, Contractor Should Make His Own Arrangement For Storage Tanks Etc. ##Note: The Contractor However Is Required To Furnish In Advance His Requirement Of Powe R And Water With Full Justification Contractor Shall Not Waste Or Misuse The Facilities Provided By Dewa. 4.0#Facilities Provided B Y Contactor: The Following Shall Be Provided By The Contractor As Part Of The Contract Work. ##Required Supervisory, Skilled, Semi -Skilled And Unskilled Work Force In Order To Carryout The Contract Work. ##Hand And Powered Tools, Inspection Tools, Material Handl Ing Facilities, Scaffolding, Mobilization And Demobilization. ##Access Ladders, Hand And Working Lamps, Temporary Supports, Cleaning Agents, Consumable, Etc. ##Contractor Shall Arrange Required Lubricants, Replacement Parts, Fasteners. ##Personal Safety And Protection Equipment, First Aid Kit And Transport Facility To His Staff At Site. In General The Contractor Shall Arrange All Items Of Too Ls, Accessories, Consumable, Hoses, Cables, Distribution Boards, Etc., Other Than The Facilities Provided By Dewa. 5.0#Permission To Work At Site: On A Written Application, The Contractor Should Submit The Following Particulars For Dewa To Issue Temporary Entry Passes For Them Valid Up To The Period Of Contract Work. ##Passport Along With Valid Visa Copies/Emirates Id/License/Vehicle Detai Ls Of The Employees Needs To Be Send To Process The Gate Pass. ##Approved Gate Pass Copy To Be Kept At Site During The Activity. ##R Isk Assessment Copy And Work Method Statement To Be Submitted Before Carry Out The Activities And To Be Kept At Site During The Acti Vity. 6.0##Warranty: ##The Warranty (12Months) For Materials And Workmanships Will Take Effect From The Date Of Takeover By Dewa O F The Job Carried Out By The Contractor. ##When A Defect Is Noticed During The Period Of Warranty, The Contractor Must Rectify The Defect Within A Reasonable Amount Of Time Fixed By Dewa With No Claim Or Compensation. ##Whenever Any Material Or Consumable Requir Ed For Execution Of The Contract Works Is Brought In To Dewa Premises, Such Items Of Materials Should Be Well Described In Proper De Livery Notes With Correct Quantity Which Shall Be Inspected By Dewa Engineers Upon Arrival At Site And Certified.
