RIVER TRAINING WORKS: Cane River, St. Andrew, (RETENDER). The National Works Agency (NWA) is an executive agency which was established in April 2001. The company’s core business is mandated to plan, build and maintain a reliable, safe and efficient main road network and flood control system. Further information on the National Works Agency is available on its website (https://www.nwa.gov.jm) The works comprise of but is not limited to reno mattress, slanting band, mesh cover, and earth bund construction. To be considered eligible, bidders must submit the following with their bids: • A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) • A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Certificate of Registration as a Public Sector Grades 1-2 Contractor in the categories of Civil Engineering or General Road Works. Failure to submit the documents listed above shall result in the rejection of the bid. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days after the bid closing.
