The Development Objective Of Pacd Is To Facilitate The Development Of Competitive And Diversified Agriculture Value Chains For Selected Commodities (Coffee, Cocoa, Coconut, Spices And Small Livestock) In The Targeted Provinces. The Project Will Be Implemented By The Department Of Agriculture And Livestock (Dal) Through A Project Coordination Unit (Pcu), The Cocoa Board (Cb) And The Coffee Industry Corporation (Cic) Of Png. The Consulting Services (The Services) Includes A Full-Time Senior Partnership Officer-Eastern Zone To Be Based At Cic Pmu, Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province. The Consultant Will Manage And Implement All Partnership Field Activities For Provinces In The Eastern Zone.
