Tashkent Province Sewerage Improvement Project - Institutional Capacity Support For Modern Utility Management - Icsmum Firm Consultant Approval Date: 24-Nov-2021 Deadline Of Submitting Eoi: 26-Jun-2022 11:59 Pm Manila Local Time Estimated Short-Listing Date: 27-Jun-2022 Estimated Commencement Date: 03-Oct-2022 Estimated Commencement Date: 650,000 Usd Engagement Period: 48 Month This Assignment, Consulting Service For Implementation Of Institutional Capacity Support For Modern Utility Management (Hereafter Abbreviated As Icsmum), Will Be Conducted In Parallel To A Comprehensive Capacity Building Program Which Will Be Carried Out Under The Tashkent Province Sewerage Improvement Project (Tpsip) By A Team Of International And National Experts Hired Under The Project Management, Coordination And Capacity Building (Pmccb) Consulting Service Contract Of The Loan. The Icsmum Consultants Shall Support Tashkent Suvtaminot (Tst) To Implement Institutional Reforms And Capacity Building Efforts Following The Institutional Development Roadmap Developed For Tst. The Overall Purpose Of Icsmum Is To Ensure The Achievement Of Institutional Development Goals And Milestones Set Forth In The TstS Institutional Development Roadmap. The Expected Impacts Are TstS Institutional Capacity Strengthened And Its Operational Efficiency And Effectiveness Improved. The Outcomes Will Be The Improvements Of TstS Capacity In The Areas Of (I) Institutional Structure And Business Process; (Ii) Human Resources Management; (Iii) Financial And Operational Sustainability; And (Iv) Private Sector Participation And Ppp Contracting. The Expected Outputs Are Annual Institutional Development Assessment Reports Which Include: (I) Reporting Of Progress And Results Of TstS Institutional Development Reflecting Key Indicators As Indicated In The Roadmap, (Ii) Evaluation Of Results And Recommendations For Further Improvements; And (Iii) Technical Presentations And Workshops For (A) Institutional Development And (B) Improvement Of Operational Efficiency And Effectiveness.
