The Works Consist Of Inter Alia (But Are Not Limited To), The Following: Construction Of A Single-Storey Community Centre, And A Single-Storey Commercial Unit, Complete With Mep Services Construction Of Asphalted Parking Spaces For The Community Centre And Commercial Unit Construction Of A 1.2 M High Fenced Children Playground And Petanque Court Design And Build Of Landscaping Works And Other Embellishment Items For The Whole Nhdc Site As Per The ContractorS Proposed Design Within An Approved Budget Bulk Earthworks At The Leaching Field Site Construction Of Cut-Off Drains/ French Drains To Lower The Water Table So Works On The Leaching Field Can Proceed Construction Of A Leaching Field, Including Permanent French Drains Tender Link :
