Tenders Are Invited For Corporate Applications Support (C2) Lot 1 Concerns Corporate Digital Applications In Its Broader Sense, Lot 2 Is Focused On Human Resources Applications And Lot 3 Is Dedicated To Custom Application Maintenance And Development Services For The Central Route Charges Office (Crco). For Lot 1: We Are Looking For Expertise In Support And Maintenance For Miscellaneous Applications, Saas, Cots Or In-House Developed. In Addition We Are Looking For Business Support In The Finance Area. The Most Critical Application Of This Lot Is Oracle Financials (Saas). Lot 2: Concerns Applications Supporting The Human Resources Services. We Have Moved Those Applications To A Dedicated Lot To Ensure We Receive Answers With Strong Expertise For This Area. We Are Looking For Application Support And Maintenance Dedicated To Human Capital Management (Hcm) And Payroll. The Most Critical Application Of This Lot Is Oracle Peoplesoft And Its Associated Payroll Engine. Expertise On Functional And Technical Level Is Required. Lot 3: Concerns Specific Custom Business Critical Applications. TendererS Expertise Is Required To Provide A Team Of Developers To Maintain And Extend Existing Application And From Time To Time Develop New Modules. Improvements And Innovations Are Expected To Be Part Of The Delivered Work. The Main Applications Of This Lot Are Abacus (The Crco Billing And Claims System) And The Crco Portals With The Airspace Users (Cefa) And With The National Administrations (Etna).
