Consulting Services To Develop A Digital Platform For Ruslp Monitoring, Data Collection And Reporting Resilient Urban Sierra Leone Project The Consulting Services (“The Services”) Seeks To Use Ict And The Open-Source Data Collection Software Kobo Collect And The Microsoft Visualization Software Power Bi To Develop An Integrated Digital Monitoring System To Enable Remote Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Ruslp That Ensures Timely Digital Reporting To Complement In-Person Site Visits And Minimize Travel Cost.
