To This Purpose The Jrc Needs To Hire Vehicles Selected On The Basis Of Defined Criteria (E.G. Risk Assessment Criteria Or Substantiated Complaint) That Will Be Subjected To Tests To Verify The Compliance Of The Vehicles With The Applicable Environmental Performance Or Safety Related Requirements.
