Oberstown Children Detention Campus requires a total Facilities Management service, which provides an economic solution to their needs but not one that compromises quality of service. The Service Requirement is for a Total Facilities Management Service where a single entity procures and provides the full range of facility management services for and on behalf of the client. The range of services to be provided encompasses the following services: • Contract Management • Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management • Maintenance of building fabric, mechanical and electrical services • Provision of a number of full time posts including a facilities co-ordinator and a technical assistant. • Ad Hoc Cleaning Services (Periodic - Deep Cleaning, Bio Cleaning, Reactive Cleaning, Feminine Hygiene and Window Cleaning), • Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping, • Porterage, carriage and movement of articles around the campus • Specialist Equipment (e.g. secure environment equipment, dental equipment, gym equipment, catering equipment and Oberstown vocational trades equipment) • Waste Management, • Pest Control • Utilities Monitoring • Additional Services – (e.g. provision of consultancy for Architectural, Engineering, Security and Health and Safety Services) • Project Management • Helpdesk Services • CAFM • Energy Management/Sustainability
