The Consulting Services (The Services) Will Assist The Project Manager And The Rmi Ministry Of Finance, Banking And Postal Services (Mof) To Effectively Implement The World Bank-Funded Project For The Modernization Of Public Financial Management And The Implementation Of A New Fmis. The Project Also Includes Institutional Strengthening And Capacity Building To Ensure The Sustainability Of The Change Process. The Objective Of The Assignment Is To Conduct An Assessment Of Gender Gaps Within The Mof And Jobs Related To Public Financial Management (Pfm). This Assessment Will Provide Evidence-Based Data To Develop Targets Within Those Pfm Fields, Assure Project Communications Are Gender-Sensitive, And To Refine Training Plans To Build Gender Parity In The Mof And Pfm-Related Roles. This Consulting Assignment Is A Short-Term Position Of 130 Work Days Spread Over A Nine (9) Month Period.
