The Works Forming Part Of The Project Essentially Comprise Of The Following: Construction Of 115 Housing Units And Associated Infrastructure Works; Construction And Completion Of One Sample Of One Housing Unit Within 120 Calendar Days After Commencement Date (Delay Damages Applicable). Location Of Sample Unit To Be Mutually Agreed Between Successful Bidder And The Client. Sample Unit Shall Remain Under Custody Of The Contractor And Access Allowed As And When Required By The Client; Major Earthworks Including Cut/Fill And Platforming Works; Landscaping And Other Associated Works (Including Community Centre, Mini Football Pitch, Petangue Court, Children Playground Etc); Construction Of Asphaltic Road (5 7M Wide) Within The Housing Estate With Footpath And Associated Stormwater Drainage Work Networks, Sewer Network, Bus Layby, Road Markings, Traffic Signs, Etc; Water Supply And Internal Water Reticulation Network To Connect To The Existing Main Supply And Associated Civil Engineering Works. Mep Services For The Individual Housing Units And For Supply To The Housing Estate; On-Site Sewerage Disposal Consisting Of Septic Tanks And Absorption Pits Maintenance Of Temporary/Permanent Access Road Leading To Site Throughout The Construction Period; And Other Ancillary/Minor Site Works.
