The World Bank Is Looking To Hire An Experienced Survey Firm (Hereafter The Firm) To Implement The First Ever Ip-Specific Household (Hh) Survey In Philippines. The Hh Survey Will Contribute To A Better Understanding Of The Ips Poverty, Socio-Economic Condition (Including The Impacts Of Covid-19), And Their Rights. The Survey Questionnaire Will Include Information On But Not Limited To Demographic Characteristics, Housing, Access To Services, Employment And Income, Discrimination, Conflict, Gender And Human Rights, See Terms Of Reference For Further Details. The Survey Will Also Feed Into The Ongoing World Bank Advisory Services And Analytics On The Indigenous Peoples In The Philippines (P177409).The Firm Will Conduct A Hh Survey In The Philippines Which Is Representative At The National Level; As Well As Representative At The Level Of The Two Targeted Regions - Namely The Cordillera Administrative Region (Car) And The Mindanao Region, Including The Barmm Region Which Are The Top Two Regions With The Highest Ip Concentration In The Philippines. The Scope Of The Work Is To Conduct In-Person Interviews With A Total Target Sample Of Around 2,400 Households With A Mix Of Both Ip And Non-Ip Households For Comparison. This Will Cover Interviews Across The Philippines To Be Nationally Representative. It Will Also Have A Particular Focus On The Car And Mindanao Regions (Including The Barmm) - Which Will Be Regionally Representative With A Minimum Sample Of 600 Households For Each Region, To Allow For A More In-Depth Analysis In These Two Regions.
