Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Communications Graphic Design Services Procurements As A Result Of This Solicitation And Subsequent Rfqs That Are Funded By The United States Agency For International Development (Usaid) Are Subject To All Applicable Federal Rules And Regulations And Provisions 2 Cfr 200 And 2 Crf 700. Jsi/Jsi R&T Will Issue The Request For Quotations (Rfq) To Only Approved Prequalified Vendors Who Will Be Selected In Response To This Solicitation And Those Meeting The Eligibility Criteria As Pre-Qualified Vendor Stated In This Eoi. Eligible Vendors Will Be Prequalified For A Period Of One Year. Jsi/Jsi R&T At Its Discretion May Extend This Period Or May Advertise Another Eoi For Prequalification Of Vendors.
