And Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds For Consulting Services Consulting Services For The Preparation Of Environmental And Social Management Plan (Esmp At Electricity Distribution And Supply Authority (Edsa). The Consulting Services (The Services) Include: Scope Of Work As Part Of This Assignment, The Consultant Will (I) Conduct/Work With (In Collaboration With Edsa, And The Consulting Firm Undertaking The Eshia) Initial Assessment/Screening Form/Report For The Esleap(The Interconnection Component) To Identify And Characterize Project Impacts, (Ii) Initiate Consultations With Paps And Other Relevant Stakeholders Based On Results Of The Initial Assessment/Screening, (Iii) Prepare Environmental And Social Management Plan That Is Proportionate To The Impacts And Is Consistent With The Environmental Protection Agency Laws And Regulations Of Sierra Leone And The World BankS Environmental & Social Standards On Environmental Assessment .
