LEARNING AND TRAINING DPS (1)Description Kingston Upon Hull City Council (The Authority) Is Seeking Providers To Supply &Amp; Deliver Learning &Amp; Training Services To Various Services Within The Authority. The Authority Has Established A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) That Will Be Administered Through The Yortender (Mercell) Portal For The Provision Of Learning &Amp; Training Services With Suitably Experienced And Qualified Operators. A DPS Is A Public Sector Sourcing Tool For Common Goods And Services Under Regulation 34 (Dynamic Purchasing Systems) Of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Learning And Training Services DPS Agreement Will Provide The Authority With The Opportunity To Procure A Range Of Services Within The Scope Of Learning And Training. The DPS Will Be Divided Into The Following Categories: 1. Public Health, Public Services And Care 2. Science And Mathematics 3. Agriculture, Horticulture And Animal Care 4.
