Specification Of Repairing/ Replacing Of Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, Voice Evacuation Systems And Emergency/ Exit Lig Hting Systems @ New Accommodation Block A & B And Service Blocks # Jabel Ali Power Station Scope Of Work 1.#The Parties Should Visit The Site, And Check The Systems, Asses The Requirement And To Quote Lump Sum Accordingly Including All Accessories, Consumable, Lab Or, And High Level Access, Etc. 2.#The Contractor Shall Have The Approval From Dcd For The Maintenance Of Fire Protection Systems. 3 .#The Systems Shall Be Maintained As Per Civil Defense Regulations. 4.#In Case Of Un-Satisfactory Performance, The Lpo Will Be Cance Lled Giving 15 Days# Notice. 5.#Any Corruption/ Damage During Execution Of Repairing Work In Existing Systems/Structure/ Program Shall Be Cleared By The Party. 6.#The Work Including Repairing Of Fire Alarm Systems Fault, Loop Fault And Reprograming If Required. 7 .#The Work Including Repairing Of Emergency/ Exit Lighting Systems Fault, Loop Fault, Light Fittings Fault And Reprogramming Etc., I F Required. 8.#The Work Including Repairing Of Voice Evacuation Systems Fault, Loop Fault, Device Fault And Programming If Required. 9.#Including Sitc Of Missing Devices For Fire Alarm Systems And Programing. 10.#Check All Fire Pump Systems And Hose Reels And Repa Ir If Required. 11.#Check The Diesel Level Of The Diesel Fire Pump And Provide Diesel Up To Required Level If Found Low 12.#Check Al L Fm200/ Inergen Systems And Repair If Required. 13.#Testing And Commissioning Of Foam Systems And Repair And Provide Any Missing Pa Rts If Required And Refill The Foam Tank. 14.#Testing And Commissioning Of Deluge Systems/ Pre Action Systems And Repair And Provide Any Missing Parts If Required. 15.#To Be Provided Any Parts Of Fire Hydrant And Landing Valve If Found Missing. 16.#Painting And La Beling For All Fire Alarm And Firefighting Equipment#S If Required. 17.#To Be Provided Any Control Panel Key And Lock Shield Valve K Ey If Found Missing. 18.#The Work Including All Civil Work Including Open And Close Ceiling For Fire Alarm Repairing And To Be Provi Ded Permanent Opening With Door For Future Fire Alarm And Firefighting Maintenance. 19.#Check All Interfacing Of Fire Alarm Systems And Firefighting Systems And To Be Provided If Required For All Damper, Lift Doors And Ac#S, Etc..., 20.#Not Allowed To Repair Any Pcb#S And Display Board If Found Faulty/ Damage. Only Replace With New. 21.#Found Any Fire Extinguisher Damage/ Need Refilling/ Miss Ing To Be Rectified/ Provide With Hydro Test If Required. 22.#In Accommodation Complex, Where Occupants Are Working In The Shifts An D As Such Repairing Of The Fire Alarm Systems In The Respective Flats Are To Be Carried Out As Per Mutually Agreed Schedule. 23.#One -Year Replacement Warranty To Be Given For All Parts Replaced By The Party. 24.#Quotation Will Be Submitted As Per Site Survey And D Ewa Specification Only. 25.#Attached Snag List For The Reference Only.
