Light-Scattering Particulate Matter Analyzer (PM10, PM2.5, etc.) The Hawaii Department of Health Clean Air Branch is accepting offers to provide one (1) ambient air particulate monitoring instrument. Th instrument shall determine particulate sizes and distribution using light-scattering techniques and shall be designated by the U.S. EPA as a Federal Reference Method (FRM) or Federal Equivalent Method (FEM). Detailed specifics are included in the attached Specification document.
