Day-Use Moorings Kona Installation, Inspection, and Maintenance Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary install five (5) new day-use mooring buoys (DMBs) offshore of Kaukalaʻelaʻe Point and provide inspection and maintenance of the five (5) new DMBs and four (4) existing DMBs for one (1) year, as required or called for in this Proposal, Scope of Work and Contract Specifications, BMP Plan, Applicable Monitoring and Assessment Plan (water quality monitoring), permit conditions, and other appurtenant work and requirements, and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.
