Light-Scattering Particulate Matter Analyzer (PM2.5) The Hawaii Department of Health, Clean Air Branch is accepting offers to provide one (1) ambient air particulate monitoring instrument. The instrument shall determine particulate concentration using light-scattering techniques and shall be designated by U.S. EPA as a Federal Reference Method (FRM) or Federal Equipment Method (FEM). Detailed specifications are included in the attached Specifications document.
