The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire The Necessary Services To Carry Out A Correct Exploitation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation Systems Aitona, Alcarràs, Alfés, Alguaire, Almacelles, Almatret North And South, Almenar, Corbins, Maials, Portella, Rosselló , Torres De Segre, Benavent And Torrefarrera-Torre-Serona, According To The Instructions Included In The Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) Specifications That Guarantee The Achievement Of The Quality Objectives Set In It And That Meet The Requirements Of Directive 91/ 271/Eec Of The Council, Of May 21, 1991, On The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater And Royal Decree 509/1996, Of March 15, On The Development Of Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, In Which The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Safe Waste Water Are Established, The Contracted Services Must Ensure A Good Exploitation, Maintenance And Conservation Of Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantees N The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unforeseen Stops By Breakdowns, And Extending The Life Of The Equipment Installed In Accordance With The Maintenance Specifications Collected In The Pptpla Description Of The Facilities That Are The Subject Of This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And The Specifications To Do The Associated Work Are Described In The Pptp
