A Consultant For The Developmnet And Finalising Hcwm Regulations Under Component 3, The Project Intends To Draft And Finalize The Health Care Waste Management Regulations. A Draft Of The Regulations Exists But Needs Finalizing In Preparation For Submission. These Regulations Will Be Applied In The Management Of Health Care Waste In Eswatini And Will Ultimately Strengthen The Moh’S Stewardship Capacity To Manage Essential Health And Nutrition And Ncd Services. The Government Of Eswatini (Goe) Intends To Use A Portion Of The Health System Strengthening For Human Capital Development (Hsshcd) Project Funds To Engage The Services Of A Consultant To Render Technical Support Services Necessary For The Drafting And Finalization Of The National Health Care Waste Management Regulations.
