Expression Of Interest Are Invited For E&S Consultant Niger Telecoms The International Finance Corporation (Ifc) Will Assist The Government Of Niger (Gon) To Restructure Niger Telecoms To Boost The Country Digital Transformation. Ifc Will Assist Gon To Assess Options For Private Sector Participation In Niger Telecoms And To Structure And Implement A Viable Transaction. To This End, Ifc Will Appoint An Environmental And Social Consultant With Extensive Knowledge In The Telecommunications Sector (Telecoms). Interested Firms Should Demonstrate (Max 30 Pages With Cvs In Annex): I) Experience In Carrying Out Similar Assignments; Ii) Experience In Telecoms And Information Technology Infrastructure And Operations, Occupational Health And Safety, Resource Efficiency And Pollution Prevention, Stakeholder Mapping And Analysis In Emerging Markets; Iii) Experience With The Ifc Performance Standards; Iv) Understanding Of The Local Context And Applicable Legislations; V) A Qualified Team That Is Fluent In French; And Iv) Any Other Experience They May Deem Relevant.
