To conduct team-building training for the second-line community leadership development programmi The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement of "Consultancy & Training" to conduct team-building training for the second-line community leadership development programme. UNAIDS Myanmar has started the second-line Community Leadership Development Programme in 2018 aims to improve knowledge and skills, that will be promoted better decision making and build a better team, and become confident future leaders of community networks. There are a series of customized skill focus training to build up the capacity of selected 15 participants from community networks to achieve the aim of the programme. To conduct effective training, UN Al DS is looking to be contracted an external outsource trainer to conduct team-building training for the second line community leaders. OBJECTIVE • to build up the skills of 15 second-line leaders based on the proposed training. 2.1 Key requirements and description of services KEY TASKS The trainer will work in collaboration with the CSS team at UN Al DS Myanmar to carry out the following key tasks:- • prepare training design and agenda • prepare training handout for participants • conduct team building training • submit training report KEY DELIVERABLES • provide a handout of training • conduct team building training • submit training report Duration of consultancy will be from: signing of the contract to end July 2022 with 2 days fixed consultancy required for training day.
