Building Automation System Replacement at 12 Schools Prior to the site visit, all contractors attending are to complete self screening at the following link and bring a copy of the results to the walk through. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/ As a result of the pandemic, the site walk through the interior of the building will be staggered. It is Mandatory to wear a level 1 or 2 medical mask and appropriate PPE for the walk through. Effective Immediately: If the bid submission exceeds $500k, all awarded contractors/vendors will be required to submit a digital Labour and Material Bonds and Performance Bonds using Form 31 (Labour and Material Bond) and Form 32 (Performance Bond) include HST. TDSB will only accept digital bonds. Please send digital bonds to the attention of the Contract Specialist. The Contractor shall start the project as soon as possible when the contract is awarded. The successful Contractor shall submit a project schedule to the Board immediately upon award of the Contract. This project shall be substantially completed by: August 30, 2022 Hours of Work: During the Winter/Summer Breaks, the work will proceed during the day. Any work which is considered detrimental to school operations shall be carried out during the off-hours, evenings and/or weekends at the schools discretion. Any work which is considered non detrimental to school operations may be carried out during the day at the schools discretion. Insurance - Installation Floater If Applicable it will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide sufficient coverage to include supplies, equipment etc. for the project. Bid amount is no longer required and will be at the sole discretion of the awarded contractor
