Long Term Arrangement for Salesforce and SharePoint Online Integration SharePoint Online is UNICEFs chosen enterprise content management solution, managing content coming from different sources. UNISON, the Salesforce-based CRM system for public and private partnership management, is one source of content, with documents generated from UNISON records {e.g. briefing notes) and stored and managed in SharePoint Online. UNICEF wishes to establish Long-Term Arrangement/s (LTA/s) with one or more qualified vendors to provide a solution that seamlessly offers the ability to manage the integration of documents generated from UNISON to SharePoint Online {and eventually Microsoft 365 in general).
