International Consultant for Mid-Term Review(MTR) of the full-sized UNDP-supported GEF-financed project titled Eliminating POPs through Safe Management of Chemicals This is the Terms of Reference (ToR) for-the Midterm Review (MTR) of the /u/Asized UNDP-supported GEF-financed project titled Eliminating POPs through Safe Management o/^/iem/ca/s (PI MS5918) implemented through the United Nations Development Programme, which is to be undertaken in 2022. The project started on the 6 February 2020and is in its thirdyear of implementation. This ToR sets out the expectations for this MTR.
