CATERING SERVICES UNDER A TWO YEAR LONG TERM AGREEMENT (LTA) THE UNITED NATIONS CHILDRENS FUND (UNICEF), launches this call for tenders with the aim of selecting structures for catering and related services on the basis of a long-term agreement (LTA) of two (02) years renewable. The deadline for submitting offers is set for May 31, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Sealed offers will be sent to UNICEF RCA, Rue Joseph Degrain-Brazza no later than May 31, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. They will bear exclusively the following mention: UNICEF RCA For the attention of the Deputy Representative - Operations Tender LRPS-2022-9174893 Provision of catering services and related services To be opened only during the counting session No other mention (name or stamp of your organisation, etc.) should be placed on the envelope. This Long-Term Agreement may be used by other Agencies of the United Nations System in the Central African Republic. ESSENTIAL INFORMATION The references of the LRPS-2022-9174893 consultation must be clearly written on the envelope containing the offer of interest. Bidders will submit their bids in accordance with the standards and guidelines attached in the annex. Opening of offers The opening of the technical offers will take place on May 31, 2022 in the UN ICEF meeting room and will not be public. The opening of the financial offers of the tenderers whose technical offers have been technically qualified, will take place at a time which will be specified as soon as the process of analysis of the technical offers is finalized.
