RECRUITMENT OF A NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CASH FOR WORK ACTIVITIES (COMMONS WITH PASTORAL VOCATION) OF THE PROJECT ADAPTIVE SOCIAL NETS II (2021-2022) FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF NIAMEY I (REGION OF NIAMEY) An Agricultural Engineer; Waters and Forests or Rural Engineering with BAC + 5 years; as coordinator with at least five (5) years of experience in the conduct of similar work; • An expert sociologist with baccalaureate + 4 years with at least three (3) years of experience in the field of sociological studies; expert in gender and training in rural areas and then be familiar with the World Banks environmental safeguard policies; • A site manager per site, Forestry Advisor, Assistant Technician in Rural Engineering, Livestock or Agriculture with BEPC + 4 years or an equivalent diploma with at least five (5) years of experience in the field; • Three (3) supervisors per site with BEPC + 3/4 years, Advisor or Technical Agent for Water and Forests, Agriculture, Livestock or Rural Engineering with at least three (3) years of experience; • One topographer per site with BEPC + 4 years with at least three (3) years of experience; • Five (5) facilitators with at least three (3) years of experience depending on the number of beneficiaries to be supervised; • An accounting assistant with BEPC + 3 years and having at least three (3) years of experience.
