Mtr Corporation Limited (Mtr) Introduced Digital Work Supervision System (Dwss) Known As Isuper Since 2019, Which Is A Digital Management System For Generating And Filing Site Diaries/Photograph/Records/Reports. Isuper 2.0 Will Be Developed For Use In MtrS New Railway Extension Projects To Enhance The Traceability And Security Level Of Day-To-Day Site Activities Between The Project Teams, Contractors And Stakeholders; And To Interface With Building Information Modelling (Bim) And Other Mtr Applications. Expressions Of Interest Are Invited From Suitably Qualified Suppliers Who Have The Necessary Experience, Capability And Resources To Carry Out The Works. It Is Expected That A Mature Software-As-A-Service (Saas) Based Dwss Will Be Adopted With Customization And Integration Ability To Fulfil Business Needs. 2. Scope Of Services The Scope Of Services Includes The Following: Eforms 2.1 Support Construction Related Eforms And Workflow Which Link Up With Construction Process To Enhance Site Work Efficiency And Data Integrity 2.2 Equip With User Friendly Tools For Mtr Users To Create And Modify Eforms And Workflows 2.3 Provide One-Stop-Shop Interface To Link All Relevant Eforms To Specific Daily Site Activities 2.4 Strengthen Automatic Data Generation And Data Input Validation Capability To Minimize Potential Human Errors 2.5 Enhance Workflow Flexibility To Meet Mtr Site Work Practices Within A Multi-Party Environment Hosting / Data Storage 2.6 Provide Secured Cloud Platform For Solution Hosting 2.7 Provide Data Backup, Archiving And Export Functions Which Mtr Will Fully Control Dashboard 2.8 Provide Dashboard Design And Tools For Implementation Interfaces 2.9 Interface With Bim Model And Other Mtr Applications 2.10 Allow The Automatic Export Of Both Raw And Processed Data For External Dashboard Or Additional Application Interfaces To Be Considered For Prequalification, Interested Parties Having Relevant Resources, Qualifications And Experience Are Requested To Express Their Interest On Or Before 2:00 P.M.
