Expression Of Interest Are Invited For In-House Advisor For The Ministry Of Women, Children And Poverty Alleviation In-House Advisor In Mwcpa The Selection Criteria Are As Follows: A Successful Candidate Is Expected To Have An Advanced Degree (Phd Preferred) In Economics, Public Policy, International Development Or A Related Field. The Candidate Will Demonstrate Working Knowledge Of Concepts And Practical Applications In Adaptive Social Protection As Well As Hands-On Familiarity In Designing Or Reforming Social Protection Delivery Systems, And Will Be Familiar With Global Evidence And International Good Practices On Both Fields. The Candidate Will Have At Least 15 Years Of Professional Experience And Track Record On Social Protection (Social Assistance Or Labor / Jobs), Including Experience And Proven Track Record Of Working With International Organizations Or Un Agencies In Implementing Social Protection Interventions. A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Tact And Diplomatic Skills, As Well As Proven Track Record Of Working Closely With Or As Senior Staff Within Government Agencies Involved In Social Protection In Other Countries. A Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate Strong Academic Skills Through Publications And Teaching Or Capacity Building Experience, As Well As Quantitative Or Qualitative Research Skills. The Successful Candidate Will Be A Good Team Player Who Is Able To Work Independently And Across Institutional, Cultural, And Geographic Boundaries. They Will Seek Impact And Innovation In The Course Of The Daily Work, And Will Further Demonstrate Integrity And Respect Throughout Their Activities.
