Provide Individual And Group Coaching Support To Local Social Workers /Case Managers On Correctly Applying The Methodology As Described In The Operational Manual, Including: Filing Of Cases (In The Project’S Mis And/Or, When Available In The Case Management System (Cmis)) Social Work Techniques (In-Depth Needs Assessment, Motivational Interview, Home Visit, Mapping, Etc.) Work With Resisting Clients Networking Resource Mobilization Communication With Clients On Activation, Empowerment, Community Mobilization And Inclusion Help To Develop And Improve Social Work Skills On: Empathy Effective Communication Organization Critical Thinking To Be Able To Analyze Information Gathered From Unbiased Observation And Communication. Active Listening Advocacy Deliver Monthly Supervision Meetings With Local Social Service Workforce In Relevant Communities On Collaborative Social Work Practice Self-Care And Prevention Of Professional Burnout Prepare Monthly Reports On Challenges And Summary Of Activities Proving Support To Sw In The Field As Described Above.
