Proposals Must Be Submitted Online On The Eprocurement System At Latest By Monday 23 May 2022 Up To 13.30 Hrs (Mauritian Time). 4. Consultancy Firms Who Have Submitted Proposals Online By The Closing Date And Time Shall Decrypt And Re-Encrypt Their Proposals As From Monday 23 May 2022 As From 15.01 Hrs (Mauritian Time) Till Wednesday 25 May 2022 Up To 13.30 Hrs Mauritian Time 5.
