Tenders Are Invited For Open Tender Procedure to appoint a Term Flooring, Flooring Repair and Maintenance Contractor

The purpose of this Tender competition is to procure a Flooring, Flooring Repair and Maintenance Contractor to enter in the Term Flooring, Flooring Repair and Maintenance contract for the provision of flooring, flooring repair and maintenance and undertaking of minor flooring works to modify or refurbish spaces. The service will include • Scheduled inspection and replacement • Call out repairs and maintenance • Supply and fit flooring and or repair and maintenance during Scheduled Minor Works such as space refurbishment or modification. etc • Co-ordination with other the Term Contractors (e.g. Electrical and Mechanical) on minor projects (typically < €50k in total value) undertaken by the Building and Estates Department and or a Buildings Repair & Maintenance Contractor. • Co-ordination with 3rd party contractors who will undertake larger works projects (typically > €50k in value). The proposed works shall be delivered through PW-CF11 The Term Flooring, Flooring Repair and Maintenance Contractor and Refurbishment Public Works Contract.
