The Rp Isa Shall Be Responsible For Assisting Mpwd In Resettlement Plan (Rp) Implementation And Assistance In Implementation Of Livelihood Restoration For The Displaced Persons Under The Subprojects Project. The Resettlement Plan Is Guided By The Right To Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013, And The Adbs Safeguard Policy Statement 2009. 2. The Overall Tasks Of The Rpisa Are To, Under The Supervision Of The Nanded Piu Safeguard Focal Point And With Guidance From The Social Expert Pmu And Pms, The Rp Isa: (I) Support The Entire Process From Start To Finish For Disseminating Assistance To Relevant Dps; (Ii) Under The Direction Of The Nanded Piu Safeguard Focal Point, Provide Support, Where Needed, To Revenue Officials And Other Relevant Line Agencies In Expediting The Land Acquisition And Resettlement Process; (Iii) Prepare Micro Plan(S) For Project Affected Non-Title Holders (Nth), Detailing The Total Entitlement For Each For Approval By Mpwd. (Iv) Review The Government And Private Sector Programs On Employment And Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises (Msmes) That The Project For Liaison And Convergence; (V) Conduct Existing Skill On Livelihood And Income Restoration Needs Assessment Survey; (Vi) Design A Livelihood And Income Restoration (Lir) Survey, With Appropriate Options As Per The Results Of The Lir Assessment Survey; (Vii) Implement Lir Program, Including Conducting Skills Or Financial Management Training Or Liaising With; (Viii) Conduct Consultation And Information Dissemination Project Information To Dps In An Ongoing Manner; (Ix) Assist The Dps In Redressing Their Grievances (Through The Grievance Redress Committee Set Up For The Project); (X) Collect Data And Submit Progress Reports On A Monthly And Quarterly Basis On Lir Program Implementation For Mpwd To Monitor The Progress Of Rp Implementation; And (Xi) Any Other Tasks As Assigned By Mpwd.
