Tenders Are Invited For 33 Kv Line Construction Works From Panchagarh 132/33 Kv Grid Substation To Tetulia 33/11 Kv Nesco Substation Eligibility Of Tenderer: A) The Tenderer Shall Have A Minimum Of 3 (Three) Years Of Overall Experience In The Construction Field. (B) The Tenderer Shall Have Experience As Main Contractor In Any Electricity Distribution/Transmission Utilities Of Bangladesh (Govt./Semi Govt. Or Autonomous Utilities) Of 33 Kv Voltage Level Line Construction/Renovation Works And In A Single Contract Successfully Completed Work Worth Value Of At Least Tk 100.00 Lakh During The Last 05 (Five) Years. N.B. Any Certificate I.E. Completion Or Performance Certificate From End User Must Be Issued By An Officer Not Below The Rank Of Executive Engineer Or Equivalent Rank. Any Certificate From Private Sector Is Not Allowed. The Tenderer Shall Have A Minimum Amount Of Liquid Asset Or Working Capital Amount Bdt 70.00 Lakh (Steady Balance For 7 Days Prior To Submission Of The Tender) Or Credit Facilities (Existing With Available Fund Supported By Bank Statement) For This Package. Letter Of Commitment For Line Of Credit (Form Pw2a-3) Will Not Be Acceptable. Failing To Show Steady Balance, The Tender Of The Tenderer Will Be Rejected. Minimum Average Annual Construction Turn Over Should Be Tk 130.00 Lakh For This Package Over The Period Of Last 3 (Three) Years. Completed Work Certificate From Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies Will Be Accepted. Any Work Certificate From Private Sector Will Not Be Acceptable. The Minimum Capacity Shall Be Bdt 115.00 Lakh.
