Expression Of Interest Are Invited For Recruitment For Project Manager, National Capital District (Ncd) Recruitment For Project Manager, National Capital District (Ncd) The Consulting Services (The Services) Are For A Project Manager To Lead All Aspects Of The National Capital Development Commission (Ncdc) Components Of The Uyep Ii, Manage Project Implementation And Ensure Achievement Of All Results Under The ProjectS Results Framework. The Project Manager Will Champion And Promote The Project, Achieving Their Objectives Through Effective Leadership, Working With Team Leaders And Their Staff, Consultants, Contractors, Counterparts, And Other Stakeholders. The Estimated Level Of Effort Is Twenty-Four (24) Months, Renewable Based On Satisfactory Performance, An Ongoing Requirement, And Available Funds. The Expected Start Date Of The Assignment Is May/June 2022 Qualifications; A Minimum BachelorS Degree In Civil Engineering, Or Equivalent Degree Relevant To The Project Management. In Lieu Of A BachelorS Degree, Equivalent Professional Experience May Be Considered (See Below). Professional Experience Minimum Of 8 Years Relevant Work Experience In Project Management. Relevant Prior Experience In Working With Government Agencies Or The Private Sector In Papua New Guinea Or Another Country With Similar Context (Highly Desirable) Documented Experience In Using Management Planning Software (May Be In Development Projects Or Business Operations). Documented Experience Quantifying, Negotiating And Quality Reviewing Contracts And Technical Documents.
