Rawnaq Project: The Rawnaq Project Implemented Through A Consortium Constituting The Norwegian Refugee Council (Nrc) And Cordaid Seeks To Create Jobs And Income Earning Opportunities For Displaced People And Vulnerable Host Communities In Afghanistan, Through Private Sector Growth. More Specifically, The Project Is Designed Which Seeks To Improve The Market-Enabling Infrastructure In Urban Centers. This Action Will Capitalize On The Enhanced Business Environment To Increase The Number Of Jobs Created By Local Businesses, And, Crucially, Ensure That Displaced Populations Benefit From These New Job Opportunities. This Action Therefore Includes Two Main Pillars: On The One Hand, Supporting Micro, Small And Medium Enterprise (Msmes) To Further Grow Their Business And Create Jobs; On The Other Hand, Supporting Youth From Displaced And Vulnerable Host Community Families Living In Those Areas To Secure And Retain Decent Jobs In These Msmes. Rationale: Providing Business Capacity Training To Selected (M)Smes After They Have Gone Through A Validation Visit And Selection Assessment Is A Key Aspect Of The Project To Facilitate Business Acceleration. The Focus Of This Training Is On How To Support These (M)Smes Improve Their Business Knowledge To Expand Their Businesses, Using A New Model Of Business Curriculum With The Name Of Business Model Canvas. This Model Is An Innovative And Useful Model Which Many Businesses Find Has Added Value To Their Business, And Even The Largest And International Companies Or Businesses Use This Model. The Model Covers 9 Important Parts Covering All Aspects Of A Business From A Management Perspective. The Curriculum Is Taught To Participating (M)Smes Through Presentations That Include Text And Videos. This Training Has Been Very Well Received But One Challenge We Face Is That Many Trainees Do Not (Fully) Understand The Videos As They Are In English. Therefore, We Wish To Promote Trainees Understanding Through The Translation Of The Videos In Dari (For Herat) And Pashto (For Kandahar). Therefore, We Look For An Organization Or Individual Who Can Translate The Text Of The Video Clips And Both Languages And Then Dub The Videos With These Translations. Objective: The Main Objective Of This Assignment Is To Translate The Text Of The 13 Video Clips Outlined Below From English To Dari And Pashto Languages For Better Learning And Understanding To The Msmes/Training Participants, And Once The Translation Is Approved By The Project Team To Dub These Videos With These Translations.
