The House Has Been Used By The Un In Lesotho And Maintained By The Occupants Over The Years, After A Recent Assessment By Ministry Of Works On The Condition Of The House, The Assessment Revealed That The House Has Some Structural Deteriorations Which Needs Extensive Renovations, Including Replacement Of The Entire Roof, The Kitchen Cabinets, Ceiling, Tilling And Flooring, There Are Cracks On The Walls And The Interior And Exterior Wall Need To Be Repainted.
